Our Clubhouses   The privelege of using our facilities is extended to property owners within the Chalet Village area and their renting guests. If you are a property owner, you must pay your annual dues to obtain passes. To obtain a pass as a guest, you must first be renting a Chalet that belongs to our association.Our association does not handle Chalet rentals.Each Chalet is handled by the management company of the owners choice or by the owner themselves, so please be sure when making your reservation to ask if the Chalet of your choice is a member. At check in,  you will be given one pass with which your entire party may use to enter any facility at any time during operating hours at no cost to you.This pass must then be surrendered upon check out.         Though all are unique in themselves, each club offers pools, indoor game    rooms, bathroom and changing facilities which include showers and snack    and drink machines.    Ample parking is available at all clubs.    Click on the links above or below to view all the ammenities at each    individual facility.     Hours of Operation: Memorial Day to Labor Day 9:00 am to 9:00 pm For the 2007 summer season,the North and Upper Alpine Clubs will be closed as of Sept. 10th The South pool will remain open as long as the weather permits and the indoor facilities will remain open through Thanksgiving weekend. There are no lifeguards on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent. Tennis courts remain open year round. Each club is closed one day during the week for maintenance.   Our North and South Clubhouses also have beautiful banquet rooms with kitchens that can accommodate any party from a meeting for 5 to a wedding for up to 200.These rooms are also available to guests as well as owners. There is a nominal charge for the use of these facilities. Reservations for these rooms are handled by the club manager. The main office number is 865-436-4440.
